TAPHOLE CLAYS

We have been designing and producing taphole clays for more than 70 years and we are one of the world leaders. We currently supply more than 40 blast furnaces in more than 20 countries around the world. Our annual production is over 20000T. Our wide range, with different aggregates (sand, bauxite, corundum ...), and very variable silicon carbide and ferro nitride contents, allows us to supply blast furnaces of any size (from 1200T to 13000T / J).

Pioneer of innovation, TRB is one of the first refractorists to have developed formulations of ecological masses. We are able to offer our customers a range of unmarked products that meet the new European requirements without sacrificing the corking quality.
